At Nigh8toys.com, your satisfaction and privacy are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

1. Non-Returnable Items

All sex toys, lubricants, and intimate products are non-returnable unless:

• The item is damaged upon delivery

• You received the wrong item

• The product is defective or not functioning properly upon arrival

In these rare cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.

• You must contact our support team at nigh8toys@gmail.com before returning any item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

• Take clear photos of the item and packaging

• Contact us at nigh8toys@gmail.com

   within 48 hours of delivery

• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
